Creative Radiators contest 2021 finalist shortlist:

1 – Untitled
Artist: Anna Marmolada

Technique: fresco

Anna MarmolAnna Marmolada is a painter who practices various techniques one of which and certainly the most curious is the encaustic method. The fresco is an ancient technique, well scattered throughout the territory – especially national, but practiced and taught by very few nowadays. Her pictorial research has no limits, to the point of creating her own colours independently with pigments, oxides, earths, vegetable colors, of which she is a good connoisseur.

2- La Route
Artist: Nicolas Sterin

Technique: Photography and digital drawing

The work originates from the photos taken during a walk on the Normandy coast, with the sea, villas, paths or roads. Later other photographic elements or drawings are added, and finally made vector, all playing with some digital filters. The result is very close to Hooper’s painting or Andy Warhol’s pop art, perfect for a modern decoration and classy.
